So my packages range from 3-6 months because I find that motivation is a fickle b$#@! and we can’t rely on him to show up to get stuff done, and stuff needs to get done! Option 2: $165 per 1 hour session of coaching every 2 weeks for 3 months from sign up date.
Additional sessions may be booked at any time at the standard rate of your package.
All coaching can include personal training and nutritional and supplemental advice, peer support, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed coaching and empowerment- whatever your potential needs that week! OK. So I totally get that investing in yourself can be a bit nuanced. I also offer coaching as one off sessions, but I need to stress that without consistency and doing the work, a couple insights or workout plans will fuel a “I did something for myself!” dopamine hit that will not change your life. Doing the work, with monthly, weekly, bi-weekly accountability with a trained professional will help you change your life. Of course, an insight can make a difference. If one session every couple months works with your budget and you are dedicated to becoming her, I believe that sessions can be really helpful and motivating. The thing is, once we uncover some big stuff or start processing and making changes, it can be really hard to keep it up because our brains are designed to defend from change and uncertainty, and we usually don’t even recognize it- sneaky defence mechanisms!
